Ananda Yoga and Wellness is a calm and uncluttered place to visit. The instructors care about their students and the students can be their serious or funny or pessimistic or positive or anxiety ridden selves and come out feeling peace and contentment and ready to commit to the next thing on the list. I highly recommend Ananda.
Edith Dubois was a fantastic instructor and the Sand Beach setting was perfect.
This was my second time at your yoga studio. Both times I have felt lighter and moved. I will be joining more classes in the near future.
