Amanda was warm and welcoming! Her cueing was thoughtful and the progression unfolded well. The watefront setting is so lovely!

Loved the intimate space and felt in good company with the owner, instructor, and other students. I thought Heather was a great instructor and it was totally worth the drive down from Bangor. :)
The space was wonderful, the new yoga form introduced just right for where I am in my life. The host (Sheila) was grounded, hospitable, and gracious.
