Accommodating to many skill levels and interest area. Instructors are patient, friendly and knowledgeable!
Great atmosphere, calm and relaxing. Great instructor. This was my very first yoga class, and it was a little difficult for me, but I may try the stretching class.
Bianca was so very helpful and understanding of my limitations. Missed Friday class due to too much going on but did practice some of the practices taught in the Wednesday class. Hopefully Monday will work better. Considering private classes.
