Bianca was a great instructor. The space is very nice and relaxing. It was a great power vinyasa class and I left feeling rejuvenated. Excited to have found a studio in the area!
Clear cues from Yogi Lydia! Great flow-- and persistence in making sure virtual participation was part of the in-class practice.
The teachers are fantastic! I love their ability to teach the poses so I can do them, with loving & joyful directions. The whole experience at the studio is Divine!
