• Emma looked after me so we’ll and made sure I did certain exercises that benefited my problems. Plus I enjoyed doing the exercises, if it wasn’t for the machines I would be able to do exercises at all

• Great atmosphere. Supportive and nurturing. The equipment is great and I felt very comfortable with the space . Alison was wonderful and very patient with me and explained everything perfectly.

• The exercise program has really helped me in healing with an injury I had. Staff are fantastic very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful environment to be in lots of lovely ladies to chat too if you want.
