• Very friendly staff who always assist Have great conversations with staff and other members. This makes for a wonderful atmosphere to either strengthen muscles or even helps in people who have some type of disability to feel like they can do anything. Would recommend this to anyone

• Aliento is a fabulous place ... the atmosphere is calming, the staff are amazing, the fellow clients are fun to chat to. Overall it is just a great place to go. I always feel refreshed and renewed after attending (although sometimes my muscles might complain, but that means I have worked hard!)
