• I enjoy being able to complete my exercise routine within the hour at a time that is suitable for me. Staff are available to assist where needed and will offer suggestions for new ways of exercising on the equipment. The exercise circuit is not difficult or exhausting as some routines at other “gyms” can be yet the muscles are getting a workout! It’s the best type of gym for me.
