• I talked to Alison about my problems and she immediately switched on to an answer. Everyone at Aliento is very well trained to listen to what their customers say and respond to it.. I like the positive atmosphere and i'm sure that all the exercising is good for me even though I don't really get excited about it. The other clients are mostly friendly and i have some very nice new friends.. Thanks Alison. Ann

• Great people in an atmosphere that’s friendly is important to me, even if Ian not overly sociable. The equipment is good too which matters a lot & seems to suit my current needs. The only drawback is the stairs which makes it difficult for those with bad knees. It would be great to be open later one day per week & perhaps close early on another day to balance up but I understand it’s hard to accommodate everyone’s times. Otherwise, I love it when I get there. :-)

• Very friendly staff who always assist Have great conversations with staff and other members. This makes for a wonderful atmosphere to either strengthen muscles or even helps in people who have some type of disability to feel like they can do anything. Would recommend this to anyone
