Mona ! She is a great instructor. Always well prepared for class. She has a wonderful way of explaining how to get into a pose. Mona's guided mediations and choice of poses always melts the stress away,
Two wonderful ladies were there when I arrived on Monday 11/04 at 10:30am. One was Caitlin and I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the other lady but she confirmed my registration. Both ladies were very friendly and made me feel at home even though it was my first time at yoga. They were kind, friendly, very welcoming and really made me feel comfortable. They made this experience unforgettable and I'm very happy I found this studio as I plan on going again pretty soon! The scents and sounds in the studio really made my anxiety a lot less. Thank you for all you do!
