They are unique in their own style & true to the principles of yoga.
Instructor Mona is great. I always enjoy her class and attending in-person. Now practicing yoga for last 5 years. I am glad to finally feel that I can keep up with her class flow. The beginning it was a struggle. Now I listen for cues and know what to do.
