The instructors gave me options if I wasn't able to do a certain move. Also I like that the classes are small
Linda, the insturctor was very attentive, kept a good pace and made me feel very comfortable.
The genuine comfort of the instructor and the sense of belonging made me feel at ease.
It was a really good experience! The poses were not TOO difficult, and Linda did a really good job of describing them and alternatives we could use if we were having any trouble. This seems like something I should be doing more often. It felt really good. Thank you so much for hosting the community class.
