The instructor was very welcoming. Patient and gave me a lot of feedback about my practice.
I had a great time and there aren't many places in my vicinity that offer yoga. I also think that people in my area don't realize how convenient it is to get to your locale.
Such a calming space and atmosphere. Trish was great!
