It was the perfect level to ease into an unfamiliar practice and the instructor was helpful. Environment felt calm and welcoming. It was a little overwhelming as a first timer to get what I was supposed to do with all the props but it's my own fault for not making it there early.
Caitlin Coan is a wonderful instructor and the environment is very welcoming and calm.
