Great classes, instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, close to my home, facilities are clean. I'm always glad I made time for myself to attend a session. Everyone is so friendly

Hoping 10 means the best. Mostly the instructor as she was very knowledgeable.
Caitlin's restorative classes are the best! Mind and body feel very restored. Breath work helps the process. Movements are always balanced, front to back and left to right.
