I love online fitness, it fits in so well with my changing schedule and I can now attend more classes than ever. Zest Live's instructors are all amazing at what they do and the range of classes is great.

I find the classes a fantastic accompaniment to the Personal Training service also. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend the classes and also Personal Training.

Friendly, motivating instructors. I have been a member of zest since 2019 and recently returned to exercise after giving birth to my 2nd little one. Emma and Sams classes have helped me on my way to getting my pre-pregnancy body back. Also, great for a bit of “me” time during the stresses of Covid & parenting! Highly recommended.
