I love the convenience of the online classes - I can do a class then get straight back to work or cooking the dinner. I save time and money as there are no car parking fees, time taken driving etc. The social element of in-person classes is very much a part of Zest Live's online classes as we always have a chat before or after. I also love the variety of classes as there are multiple options from strength training to mobility.
