• Great little spot if you need a moment to yourself to re-set. Rented one of the hot tub rooms for 1 hour after waking up really sore from exercise on a Sunday morning. It isn't the fanciest of experiences- you fill the tub yourself, get the steam shower going by running the shower once you're there etc- but for what I would expect for the price it is perfect (or slightly better). Will definitely be coming back again. Was also great that I was able to get a same-day appointment (1 hour later actually) on a weekend as well
