• Jeremy was very knowledge about muscles. Explaining how to prevent tight muscles at common/office and during specific gym exercises. He was able to predict how I moved by feeling where i was tight. Great communication, asking the right questions to help treat me. Very good massage, firm and deep without being unnecessarily painful. 10/10 would get another massage.
