Tay is the most incredible yoga teacher. I love how technical she is, yet very calming.
Has a real community feel. Nicola and Philippa are extremely welcoming and there is an excellent selection of classes and instructors to suit all levels and tastes. I was new to the area when I joined and two years on and largely thanks to YogaWorks, I feel really at home. If they could do anything it would be to get people who don’t think they can do yoga or pilates into the studio. If people think they aren’t flexible then that’s precisely the reason to do yoga. It is life changing in a great way!
