The instruction is excellent. Both Nicola and Philippa make every member feel welcome and special.

The yoga classes I have been to so far have been amazing. The teachers are so good, and so lovely. They create a fantastic environment which I love, I always leave feeling so much better than when I went in!
I love everything about this studio and feel at home there when I am a regular as well as when life gets busy and I only drop in every now and again.

The people at the reception are extremely friendly. The rooms are spacious which makes the practice very comfortable. The teacher yesterday was very knowledgeable and supportive answering any extra questions with passion. I also like trying some of the more challenging poses and we had a chance to do that as well and learn something new. Altogether a very pleasant experience and my back felt great after all those stretches!
