I absolutely love everything about Yoga Works and it's values. The teaching is clear, calm and nourishing both in the studio and streamed online. The attention to detail and cleanliness before the pandemic means that I implicitly trust Phillipa and Nicola will have taken every relevant precaution to make sure that the studio is as safe a place as possible in which to practice.
