I felt the class was an all rounded Pilates class, for different levels and abilities
It’s wonderful to be back in the studio with al the safety measures very well in place
I thought the Pilates class had good variety, various levels and Ii felt comfortable whilst knowing I have something to strive for in achieving all the positions. I did the class online, which was good, but just a couple of the times the live steaming froze for a few seconds but came back around quickly
