VY Vinyasa is consistently awesome, based on the quality of the instructors (across the board) and also the members present. The online session yesterday (Tues Vinyasa 5:30) was the first I've been able to attend via zoom. It was easy to access and follow. I particularly liked that Alessandro's instruction was incredibly clear and communicated in a way that I didn't have to crane my neck to see the pose on the laptop - it was totally clear from his voice alone where we were going. Awesome.

Katie's sessions are enjoyable and reinvigorating because her instructions are easy to follow and she always differentiates some postures which gives you independence.
