The yoga + dinner was a really fun event - full of nourishment and soul. The studio space is lovely and light and Worton Kitchen Garden is low key but beautiful with their own flowers, vegetables and fruit trees all around. Delicious supper and so nice to chat with other yoga enthusiasts. Most of all though, thanks are due to Alessandro for his warm, playful and nurturing teaching.
