It was a very relaxing experience. We went to the candlelit yoga with a friend of mine. I was visiting Oxford, so got no yoga mat. Glad the studio provided one for me for free as a gesture

I have loved the friendly, supportive and inclusive community you have created - there is a real family feel! The instructors are excellent - I have benefited from a range of different approaches. Instructors are super friendly and incredibly helpful and suggest adjustments/options where necessary as well as proving helpful postural corrections and ways to improve. I have so far found reformer Pilates great for strengthening bits of my body where I have had injuries and improving my core - this has also benefited my karate and running.

It never matters if there's 5 people practicing or 25, all of your teachers make time to help anyone out any time, no question. Your attention to detail makes me firmly believe YogaVenue takes huge pride in their work, and you genuinely want people to be the best they can be through yoga practice. It's kinda saved my life
