On the one hand, I have been practicing 26/2 for the last couple of years, so taking a flow/vinyasa style class poses a bit of a challenge for me, and online!! Nevertheless, Alessandro kept engaging with me and offering clear instructions despite my getting a bit lost, especially with the initial sequences because I couldn't see what the rest of the class was doing and relied on his verbal guidance and then grabbing my glasses to see his demo!! Great class, will definitely try 26/2 but due to some scheduling and distance to Summertown, will certainly go for some more online. Thank you, Namaste Maria 😊
