Great teachers, cleanliness, friendly staff, good hours,
Being fairly new to yoga, I go to the classes which are described "suitable for all levels". Most of the time, the instructors are mindful that there may be novices like me in the class and do not assume everyone knows how to get from one pose to the next. They offer sufficiently detailed instructions on how to get into a pose and give personal guidance or assistance if required. The majority of them also suggest a basic pose first and then offer more advanced variations afterwards. There has only been one class where the instructors first suggested pose each time was the more advance variant, after which they offered simpler variants. I almost left that class early because I was feeing increasingly defeated as the class went on. That class left me confused, frustrated and demoralized. Fortunately that was only one class out of many. if it was not for that class, I would have scored my experience thus far as 10 out of 10.

Your studio is so lovely and spacious and clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back in January!! Namaste
