The staff at Yogarise are all so friendly and caring and the teachers are all extremely professional and high standard! I could not recommend this lovely studio more as it not only is fresh and light in the summer and cosy in the winter, it is also spacious and provides the very good positive, stress free vibes one needs when you walk through the door! Try it, you will never regret and will always want to go back for more classes as the variety is huge too. I can certainly speak for the rocket, yoga nidra, mandala and pregnancy and postnatal classes! All amazing!! 10/10
