I work full time, travel a lot with work and have two kids and a partner. Yogarise classes keep me sane. I could not do it without them! Amazing teachers, great space and a really cool vibe. Love you guys!

After a masseur asked me, in all seriousness, if I had had a steel rod implanted in my spine (I hadn't) I went to Yogarise for Yin Yoga classes with the astonishing Emma Peel, and over time, have progressed to being able to touch my toes for the first time in my life. Yoga works, and I wish I'd embraced it in my twenties, instead of my sixties!
