I love this studio and all of the teachers!! I always feel included and challenged! Great class!! Super sweaty, but the best stretch you will ever find! Nikki is the best!!
There are many things I like about this studio. I love that there is a sense of community here. The book club, sound bath meditation, and vino and vinyasa are things that make YogaOne stand out in comparison to other yoga studios
So far the 2 classes I've tried are excellent.
I have enjoyed every visit. I feel relaxed and I have noticed a huge change with my flexibility and strengthening. ❤️
