At Yoga One you are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The teachers I have experienced so far are generous educators that encourage you to listen to your body but push yourself to your limit. They are passionate about their own practice and that rolls over into their teaching. Nikki set the tone for community building and a standard for attention to details; cleanliness, kindness, and tuning in. It is an easy place to want to come to.
