The yoga is challenging and an excellent workout and I enjoy learning new poses and yogi philosophy during each class. The space is beautiful, modern and clean and the staff and the yoga community are welcoming, energetic and friendly. It's always a positive experience at YogaLab.
Because it's the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Every teacher has their own individual style, however all manage to create the same sense of safety and security to explore your practice in your own way. All the while fostering an amazing collective energy for the class that enhances your overall experience. I hope that makes sense, but it's truly unique and I just love it.
All the teachers are great and there are lots of classes so I can fit it in to my schedule.
