Beautiful studio, experienced teachers and Shawn and Kel make you feel welcome into their community as soon as you meet them
Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The classes were amazing and I felt like I was supported through my practice with all the teachers. It was a beautiful space to practice in as well. I only have good things to say about yoga lab and mention it to all of my friends!
