Love this studio - the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere.
My first session at Yogahaven - very positive and I think I’m going to like it there.
I thought the Sian who was running the class today was very good and I found her instruction easy to follow.
Great teacher and perfect class! The room was however very hot for a non-heated class.
