I like it there. Could be better if some of the users didn't completely fill the air with cleaning fluid spray when they clean their mats in advance of the class. Only a few sprays would be enough probably . The room was filled with the smell of the cleaning fluid spray for about half the class which doesn't help the when I once attended. Exposure to the particles contained within detergent are the primary source of air pollution experienced in homes (heated washing liquid in dryers for example). I appreciate that the room is well ventilated mechanically and that this has only occurred once. Other than that, I want to go more often and I tell my friends about it.
Very friendly teachers at the studio. They explain how to get into each pose carefully , easy to follow.

Everyone is so friendly and the teachers are so helpful! They are always looking to correct your positions and motivate. I really enjoy and and come out feeling so good!
