Although the facilities are not wonderful the teachers are superb. Would be even better if the schedule had less of the basics class and perhaps introduced some new flows to keep it interesting for regulars
I had a lovely Ying/ Yang& Yoga Nidra with Philippa. The class was very relaxing and it’s always lovely to come down to YogaHaven Richmond. There is such a wonderful sense of community and everyone is so welcoming. I look forward to returning for my classes.
