From the moment I arrived- I was welcomed in a lovely way at the reception desk. Everything was explained to me and made me feel relaxed for my first session. Then the class was taken by brilliant teacher who was very knowledgable and gave me substitute moves if I needed them for my dodgy hips! Came out on a high and can't wait to go again! Kelli

It was way more challenging than the hot basics... I love your studio and your people. I would use it more often but need longer than 60 min to open up Joel x
