I had amazing session as it was my first experience of hot yoga. Absolutely loved it.
Instructor was very clear in her communication and kept the session interesting. She also took time to explain the postures to achieve the best results.

Sometimes the studio smells and it would be nice that a freshener is used before classes start to neutralise the odour
