I think Yogahaven is a fantastic place to practice yoga and I don't know where I would be without it! The only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because I don't want it to get so popular I can't get into a class!! (I'm not really going to do that!)
Today’s class with Sian was wonderful! Sian thoughtfully included things for all levels so that the class was both accessible and challenging. In addition, I was able to take a long savasana after class and was not made to feel guilty (as I have been in other studios). Thank you!
