Mainly because Sian is a great teacher. And you made the showers much better than before.

Great dynamic vinyasa class- lovely to see more dynamic vinyasa classes on the timetable in the mornings 10am - I’ve become a member now due to the amended timetable and dynamic vinyasa morning classes twice a week Tuesday 10am and Thursday 10am- incorporating hot yoga also.
The instructors are great, friendly and motivating. There are a variety of different classes available on offer for various abilities
