Natasha delivered a great practice, her hot fusion class on Sat 26th was one of the best!
There is no hot yoga that is as friendly /professional/enjoyable or is as hot or has such a large studio. I have tried 5 other hot yoga studios and no other even comes close. 👍
The quality of classes and facilities
The instructors are absolutely brilliant! And the facilities are always spotless and well equipped.
This has been my favourite studio for years - and the break was due post op and pandemic. The teachers are all excellent, the classes unique as if I understand they are YH bespoke, the studio clean, and Sophie’s help in general and flexibility with my passes - when I was delaying the return for a variety of reasons - was what confirmed I don’t want to use any other studio. The sale offers excellent value for money. Yogahaven Clapham is just really a great hot yoga studio, I am back to practicing regularly and I am feeling back in form, on all levels - thanks to all, in particular Sophie, Chris and Rob.
