Chris is a great teacher. Temperature was just right. Class not too busy. Great facility.
I love yoga haven. One thing: i think some hot yoga classes are hotter than others (and i tend to always be in the same spot in the studio) - i much prefer the slightly less hot ones - if this helps w the energy bills!
