Hot flow was good, however Nikki would open the door at every break pose to let air in. I understand why she was doing this however it kind of defeats the purpose of paying to go to a hot class!
Lovely surrounds and a great teacher!
I felt the instructor was very knowledgeable and there was a good energy about the class. Also the level was accessible to all.
Because Sophie the teacher is phenomenal
I am super happy with the studio and teachers. The one thing I would reccommended is that you have room for improvement to show more inclusivity across minority groups regards teachers and on your website.
