Brilliant instructor - amazing class - a real experience
As a coach myself I know how important instruction and clarity of instruction are. I followed the class as a first timer throughout And other than some of the yoga specific phrases I understood everything. Not all Yoga classes are at this level. And your instructors knowledge was spot on without droning on she is into what she does. . . That's important
