It was a great experience. I felt so comfortable during the class and felt so relaxed and calm once it was done. Will definitely be going back!
Nice facility and good teachers. I wish they’d allow use of the water fountain and mats again. Covid is spread through the air so stopping the water fountain makes no difference- especially given the toilets and showers are shared anyway!

Amazing Experience!! Highly Recommend it to those thinking about trying out Yoga for the first time. The Yoga teacher is very professonial and her teaching approach is excellent. It was my first time going and I felt very comfortable and although I never knew what to do it became easier and I got into the flow of things and worked at my own pace. It can be very overwhelming with the heat and for me I had to step out if the class to cool off and then went back in after. I really enjoyed it and will be making the most of it with my monthly membership :)
