It was exactly what I needed and returning to yoga after a while too, the class eased me back in just nicely. It would be nice to see the quote boards again. I use to love them by the shoes and the one in reception.

I am enjoying hot yoga sessions very much! Love the lecturer and staff in Yoga Haven! Everyone is very lovely and helpful. Definitely going to purchase more classes and include hot yoga in my routine.
