A class that works me. Gives me a breather when I need it. I feel loose & nicely tired when finished. Good instruction. Nice atmosphere in class.
It's such a beautiful cozy place. Nice relaxing music. The yoga instructors and the front desk are so sweet and nice!! I love the variety of each yoga class Uta has!!
