Adam is hands-down the best Yoga teacher I've ever had. He cares about his students so much. In a world where Yoga has become a sport and an commercial industry more than a practice, it is a true gift to come across someone like Adam.
It was a lovely workshop with 2 very gifted instructors. I would have given it a 10 but felt the Reiki could have been more infused with the practice also but loved it in the extended version of Savasana...
