Great vibration and good class - it was my first visit and the process of going in was simple and not a lot of paper work etc - The instructor was also very welcoming and it was nice to receive lots of hug and positive light from the instructor - overall it was a lovely experience- and I will take advantage of the new student special that was mentioned to me =
