The class we took was great! The instructor was very good, easy to follow. It's not my first yoga class, but if it had been, I wouldn't feel lost. I am terribly out of shape but felt like I could do the entire class, and I'm still feeling it! I feel GREAT

It meets my needs. I enjoy the serenity and Stacy is comforting, welcoming, and skilled. I only donate for recovery yoga and do not take other classes because I can take any at FACE under Silver Sneakers at no cost. But I APPRECIATE RECOVERY YOGA

This yoga studio has a fantastic environment! The front part of the store is welcoming and full of relaxing products to buy. The yoga space itself is very open, there are a lot of props if needed and plenty of wall space. We like the yin candle lit class because it is quiet, relaxing and peaceful and would 100% recommend it to others looking for a place to decompress and open up.
